Recipes for Herbal Remedies

Seniors in Green Action (SIGA) is an Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnerships project that aims to empower older adults (aged 54+) through environmental education, practical herbal knowledge, and lifelong learning opportunities. The project promotes sustainability, active aging, and intergenerational knowledge sharing by focusing on the responsible use of medicinal wild plants. Our project is dedicated to creating an educational program and learning materials for older adults (aged 54+), focusing on the use of medicinal wild plants and the preservation of their natural habitats. By combining traditional knowledge with environmental awareness, we aim to promote both personal well-being and nature conservation. Adult learners over the age of 54 will have the opportunity to spend meaningful time outdoors, gain new skills, and deepen their connection with the environment, while learning how to care for their own health in a sustainable way.
